Cooking recipe that you can make with the 4 in 1 Electric Vegetable Cutter
Ingredients :
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 eggplant
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A few leaves of fresh basil
Preparation :
- Start by preheating your oven to 200°C.
- Use your 4-in-1 Electric Vegetable Cutter to chop tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, red pepper and green pepper into thin rounds.
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
- Place the chopped vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the vegetables for about 20 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, cook your ground meat in a skillet until cooked through. Drain the excess fat and add the peeled and crushed tomatoes, as well as the spices of your choice (parsley, basil, oregano, etc.). Let simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, arrange them in a casserole dish. Cover them with minced meat with tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake again for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
